Transportation Funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) in NJDOT.

It appears that the ARRA program has not been comprehensively studied in relation to transportation funding. This suggests a gap in the literature on transportation research. This research will elicit what lessons we may learn from the program and espouse the importance of such lessons to inform NJDOT when such program is deployed in the future through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
